Optimizing the manufacturer experience to increase revenue
ECOMMERCE
My team partnered with a global e-commerce furniture company to develop an API-first product catalog experience for manufacturers. In 6 months, we released a viable "just right" API that streamlined product onboarding. What used to be a manual process handled with spreadsheets was now automated, reducing product onboarding time from 40 days to 5 days.
MOBILE, HOSPITALITY
Redesigning a restaurant mobile app to serve a world-class experience that drives loyalty
A national restaurant group with 120+ restaurants and 60 unique brands wanted to revive their decades old mobile app. After conducting product and technical discovery, we determined that diners wanted more personalization and greater emphasis on loyalty. Additionally, we determined that a react native mobile app would reduce maintenance costs and decrease time-to-prod for new features. I led a cross-functional team from discovery to launch, resulting in a 23% increase in sales.
Driving new lines of business with innovative experiments
CAR RENTAL
During the pandemic, car rental companies faced a shifting market landscape. With business and leisure travel at a standstill, they struggled to leverage both their vehicles and staff. My team and I defined a Last Mile Delivery MVP offering between a global car rental company and a national retailer, building an API and package scanning mobile app. We generated nearly $2 Million in revenue with roughly 200,000 packages delivered in just a few months.
Curating data to build a custom AI knowledge base

With the release of ChatGPT, AI took the world by storm. Amidst the excitement, I was tasked with establishing an AI strategy. In just a few months, I worked with a team of developers and designers to develop internal AI capabilities, build a working AI demo, and define a service offering that we could test in the market.
